Audience: I have been writing about women’s equality in the workplace and how people have been effected by it. My audience is feminists as well as women who have been impacted by hostile work environments and the wage gap. My professors are also my audience and I know that they want to see evidence that I have learned from what they have been teaching about rhetoric.

Purpose: I want to inform my readers and appeal to them with pathos to show that these problems really are happening and hopefully make them more aware and able to stand up for themselves and other women. I also want to show my professors all the work I have done throughout the semester and how it has improved.
